The Supperclub at King Street Hotel saw a different element to music on the afternoon of February 22nd from 2-5PM while a large clan of music producers and music creating enthusiasts sat together and shared knowledge.Things kicked off with a bang as Matt Meler spoke everything Reverb and the benefits of understanding how it works and can work for you, while also sharing a few tasty pieces of music he has been working on. DJ Fuel jumped up and showed off one of his newest remixes and pulled apart every element, sharing his work process and tools he uses. Alex Preston was there to give insight into what he has done in the last 12 months, and tips he has learnt recently including the amount of time he spends going through sound packs and his opinion on sounds in general. If this wasn’t enough, Jackson George, a relative new comer to the scene, jumped up to speak about what he has learnt bringing a band and analogue background into a digital playing field. He also shared what he loves and what he loathes about Electronic Music. The advanced through to the freshest of faces all appeared to get great knowledge and inspiration throughout the afternoon and the room was abuzz by the end with questions and anticipation for the next one. A tentative date has been selected in April.1800288_10152066346209613_1320249415_n Check out facebook.com/HunterMusicProductionCollective to keep up-to-date.
