Another day, another Newy band doing incredible things on the big stage. In case you haven't heard, Groovin' the Moo will once again grace the muddy paradise that is Maitland Show ground, as some really incredible bands make their way across Australia. The best thing however, about these sorts of festivals, is that the;  Australian music loving, doggo patting, kind hearted souls at Triple J unearthed give some local bands a shot at gracing the big stage for their home crowd.

RAAVE (Babies) TAPES had an incredibly successful crack at the big time, performing at This That late last year, but for Groovin', who will wear the coveted festival crown?

Why Introvert of course!

The local four piece are hot off the back of an incredible 2016, after supporting indie-rock heavyweights Birds Of Tokyo on Tour as well as being named in Triple J Unearthed's "Ones To Watch" list for 2017. (Although perhaps more significantly, were included in the first ever Newcastle Mirage Forecast of local acts killing it at the moment).

If you managed to nab a ticket to Groovin The Moo make sure you get down early to catch Introvert doing their thing, before they are headlining their own festival one day.

These are indeed, the glory days.
